source url Regardless of the quality of the equipment or engineer that first installed it, your equipment will at some point need servicing and repair. The HSE (Health and Safety Executive) recommend that you service your catering equipment and refrigeration at least once a year to ensure it is safe and working efficiently to the manufacturer’s specification. If your equipment has a 1 year plus warranty, this may be a requirement under the warranty terms. Insurance companies also require certain items to be serviced in order for that cover can continue.
Our fully qualified engineers can service all types of catering, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. On every service an individual servicing sheet is issued for each appliance along with the relevant Gas Safety certification where required. In conjunction with the industry experts, we recommend that all equipment is serviced at least once a year. As well as this it is a legal requirement that you have an annual Gas Safety Certificate for your equipment.
Our engineers are continually completing call outs to carry out repairs on all types of catering and refrigeration equipment. They carry a large range of universal spare parts in their vehicles, so the majority of repairs are completed immediately. If a spare part needs to be ordered, we will send you a quotation for the labor and parts, so there are no hidden costs.
